HKI Trading is dedicated to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstance will HKI release any information provided by our customers. Any information submitted will only be used to process orders. HKI Trading is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Return and Exchange Policy

HKI Trading must be notified within 7 days of receipt for any shortages or defects in merchandise. Without such notification, it will be assumed that the order has been completely satisfied. For any defects found, a credit will be given upon return of defective merchandise. For shortages a credit will be given upon approval. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number. The authorization number assigned must appear on all packages and documents.
HKI Trading will not be responsible for the return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. We will not be responsible for any return freight charges on refused items with no fault of HKI Trading. Any product that shows signs of abuse or extended customer use will not be accepted back for credit.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days and delivery in 1 to 7 business days (depending on type of carrier service used). Rush delivery is also available upon request. Any damages incurred must be claimed through the freight carrier.
